säljer biljetter till, och ansvarar för genomförandet av Nordisk Permakulturfestival 2021.
Villkor för biljettköp
En bokning kan ångras fram till dess att du har betalat. Distansavtalslagens regler om ångerrätt gäller ej vid köp av evenemangsbiljetter. När betalning har skett är kunden därför bunden av sitt köp. Om du på något sätt förlorar din biljett, ersätts du dessvärre ej. Eftersom vi endast säljer digitala biljetter, kan du som köpare skriva ut en egen ny biljett om den förloras. Endast ett inträde är dock möjligt per biljett. Du som köper är själv ansvarig för att din e-post är korrekt angiven vid köpet. Byte av biljettkategori kan vara möjlig. Hör av er vid frågor och bekymmer.
Service- och distributionsavgifter
Våra avgifter är på 37,50kr per biljett. Detta är samma belopp som den stora kapitalistiska maskinen kräver av oss för att kunna ta emot betalningar. Vi kan tycka vad vi vill om det, men så ser det ut idag.
Personligt bruk
Biljetter får endast köpas för personligt bruk och får ej användas kommersiellt. Det innebär att biljetter inte får inköpas och/eller vidareförsäljas i kommersiellt syfte. Biljetter får heller inte erbjudas i tävlingar eller i samband med erbjudande av annan produkt eller tjänst utan skriftligt medgivande från Holma Omställning. Om festivalen har restriktioner för antal biljetter per köp och kund så får maxantalet ej överskridas. Om du vill överlåta din egen personliga biljett till din kompis, så är det så klart OK.
Köp som strider mot uppsatta villkor
Holma Omställning förbehåller sig rätten att makulera bokning eller köp vid de fall du som köpare inte lämnar korrekta uppgifter om dig själv eller i övrigt bryter mot eller försöker kringgå Holma Omställnings villkor. Detta gäller bland annat om du som kund bokar eller köper fler biljetter än tillåtet, eller köper biljetter för kommersiellt bruk. Vid makuleringar p g a ovan nämnda skäl återbetalas inte erlagd serviceavgift eller eventuella distributions- och leveransavgifter. Holma Omställning kan även besluta att inte heller återbetala erlagt biljettpris.
Inställda evenemang
Du som köpare ansvarar själv för att kontrollera att festivalen ej blir inställd eller flyttad. Om festivalen ställs in eller flyttas så ansvarar Holma Omställning för återlösninga av biljetter. Vid inställt evenemang återbetalas inte service- och distributionsavgifter.
Återbetalning
Om du som köpare har rätt till återbetalning av biljettlikvid och/eller service- och distributionsavgifter skall du senast tre (3) månader från evenemangsdatumet/dagen då festivalen skulle ha varit, meddela Holma Omställning ditt anspråk på återbetalning och ange det kontonummer och bank till vilket återbetalning kan ske. Om så inte sker har du som köpare ej rätt till återbetalning. Detta gäller både när festivalen ställs in och om du som köpare har rätt till återbetalning vid makulerat biljettköp.

Holma Omställning publicerar materialet på denna sidan och ansvarar för biljettförsäljningen och informationen. Allt material faller under licens CC BY-SA 4.0
Rätten till ändringar
Holma Omställning har rätt att uppdatera, ändra, lägga till eller ta bort material som ingår på sidan, utan att meddela detta i förväg, när som helst, efter egen bedömning. Holma Omställning har rätt att ändra villkor för användandet av sidan, samt innehåll och tjänster. Detta behöver vi för att kunna genomöra vårt arbete med att skapa en festival. Vi bestämmer 🙂

festival2021@nordicpermaculturefestival.org sells tickets to, and is responsible for the Nordic Permaculture Festival 2021.
Purchasing tickets
Bookings may be cancelled until you have paid. There is no refund available once the purchase has been made. The customer is bound to this agreement. There is no refund och compensation if you lose your ticket. But since we only sell digital tickets, you have the possibility to retrieve retrieve it yourself or to print a new copy. One Festival entry per purchased ticket only, applies though. You as a buyer, is responsible for giving us your correct e-mail, at the time of purchase. Changing ticket category, might be possible. Please get in touch if you have questions or problems.
Service Fee
Our fee is 37,50 SEK per ticket. This is the same amount as the Giant Capitalist Machinery demands from us, in order for us to be able to receive payments. Whatever we think of this, it is the reality of today.
Personal use
Tickets are only available for personal use, and they must not be used commercially. Tickets are not to be bought and/or sold for commercial purposes. Tickets can not be offered in contests or in relation to promoting another product or service, without written consent from Holma Omställning. If the Festival has restrictions in the amount of tickets per purchase and per buyer, this restriction must not be compormised. If you want to hand over your personal ticket to your friend, that is of course OK.
Purchases not complying to these Terms and Conitions
Holma Omställning has the right to cancel bookings or tickets if buyers does not hand over correct contact information, or if the buyer does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. This applies when you as a customer purchase more tickets than allowed, or if you buy tickets for commercial use. When cancelling tickets in respect to the above mentioned critera, the Service Fees are not refunded. Holma Omställning can also decide to not refund ticket purchases.
Cancelled Festival
If the Festival is moved to another location, or if it is cancelled. You will be contacted through the e-mail address given to us at the time of purchase. If the Festivalen is cancelled, Holma Omställning is responsible for refunds. Service fees can sadly not be refunded when if Festival is cancelled.
Refunds
If you as a buyer have the right to a refund of tickets costs and/or Service fees, you have three (3) months from the Festival date, to claim your refund and to provide us with your account number and banking details. If you are later than this, we might not be able to refund. This applies to both Festival cancellation and cancelling of already purchased tickets.

Holma Omställning publishes the material on this site, and is responsible för ticket sales and information. Media on site is licensed through CC BY-SA 4.0
Editing rights
Holma Omställning has the right to, at any time, update, edit, add and to remove media on this site, when we deem it necessary. Holma Omställning has the right to change the Terms and Conditions ofh the site, and this includes services and content. We need to be able to do this while creating a fantastic Festival. We decide 🙂
